Return Request Window
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
Return Acceptance Criteria
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

Products must be returned in the original packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection

Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, or mishandling are not eligible for return

Once the request is reviewed, detailed return instructions will be sent to you.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Returns requested for personal reasons (such as preference change or incorrect selection) are subject to return shipping costs paid by the customer.
If the return is due to an error by Anna’s Pet Shop, including defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Method & Timeline
After the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days after approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return results from a store error or product defect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
